Experience the fun and high energy of a solid martial-fitness based workout. This program is designed to help adults of all ability and fitness levels improve themselves by uniting their body and mind while helping them tone up, loose weight, and build core strength. Students will notice a drastic improvement in their energy, focus, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

Classes meet Tuesdays at 8:00 PM and are $15/class for non-Seishin members, $10/class for Seishin members. 

Students should wear something comfortable they can move around in and it is recommended that they bring a bottle of water.
